When liberally applied in the corners of the mouth, or along the underside of the bit, this softening balm will moisturise and protect dry areas of your horse’s mouth. It provides acceptance and comfort of the bit, supporting performance training and helping to achieve a more responsive and happier horse – as well as helping young horses to mouth. Made from a complex blend of natural ingredients which have been chosen for their ability to support the health, suppleness and softness of your horse's mouth. Formulated without animal products, parabens, Polyethylene Glycol, sulphates, mineral oils, synthetic dyes, harsh irritants or toxic chemicals.

SHEA BUTTER: an excellent moisturiser for the skin. Rich in essential fatty acids, phytosterols and vitamins A, D & E. Helps the skin by stimulating collagen production.

MANGO BUTTER: a highly soothing, softening and moisturising butter. A rich source of antioxidants and vitamins A, C & E. Promotes healthy skin and helps shield against harmful UV rays.

ABYSSINIAN OIL: contains a unique structure to provide skin with deep nourishment to support smoothness and elasticity, and is easily absorbed into the epidermal tissue.

GRAPE SEED OIL: shown to have strong anti-oxidant and moisturising benefits to the skin by supporting collagen and elastin. Contains linoleic acid which helps healthy cell membranes.

KUKUI NUT OIL: valued for its soothing effects. Easily absorbed by the deepest layers of the skin. Forms a protective barrier, so is excellent for dry skin. Contains vitamins A, C, E, F and essential fatty acids.

MORINGA SEED OIL: high in anti-oxidants and vitamins A,B,C and E, which support and protect overall skin health.

BEESWAX: a naturally nourishing moisturiser which softens the skin. Creates a long lasting barrier against the elements. Contains anti-bacterial properties.

PEPPERMINT OIL: contains numerous vitamins and minerals including manganese, iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, copper and vitamins A & C. Has a cooling effect, reducing skin irritations.

AVOCADO OIL: Full of vitamins A,B,D,E, protein & lecithin. Protects and supports sensitive skin.

COCONUT OIL: has skin softening anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Closely resembling skin sebum, it assists hydration of the skin and suppleness.

JOJOBA OIL: has exceptional skin softening, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Closely resembling skin sebum, it prevents dehydration of the skin and can increase suppleness by up to 45%.

Local Van Delivery. If you live within a 15 mile radius of the store we offer a free van delivery service on orders over £40. This service is completely contactless and we aim to have your order with you in 2-3 working days. Perfect for bulky feed or bedding deliveries.

Royal Mail Delivery. We use Royal Mail for our national delivery service. Your shipping charge is based on the weight of your order. Please see table below. Unfortunately we cannot ship items over 15kg outside of our local delivery area.

Returns Policy

No quibble returns policy. Simply email help@widmer.co.uk to notify us of your intent to return an item. Then all we need is the item posted back to us with a copy of your invoice and what you would like to happen ie return for refund or exchange and we will get this processed for you in 3-5 working days. Safety items such as hats and body protectors may not be returned due to Health & Safety reasons, we highly recommend you have them fitted in-store.
